The actor is well known for his films, like mid-1960s films like Ayee Milan Ki Bela, Phool Aur Patthar and Aaye Din Bahar Ke andlate-1960s to 1980s films like Ankhen, Shikar, Aya Sawan Jhoom Ke, The Burning Train, Ghazab, Do Dishayen and others.
The He-Man of Bollywood had a career spanning 65 years and contributed to over 300 films. Earlier this month, the veteran actor was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai due to breathing problems, and today, an hour ago, his passing was officially confirmed, leaving the film industry and fans across the world in deep mourning.
