Kalamkaval global box office collection day 2: Mammootty Kampany produced the Malayalam action thriller “Kalamkaval“, directed and co-written by Jithin K. Jose, which was released on the big screens this Friday, on 5th December. After debuting with a thunderous Rs 15 Cr+ gross at the worldwide box office. Maintaining its momentum, Kalamkaval secured another strong double-digit figure, Rs 18 Cr+, and successfully pushed the total global gross beyond the Rs 30 Cr mark in just 48 hours.

According to the Sacnilk.com report, Mammootty and Vinayakan’s Malayalam film Kalamkaval opened at the worldwide box office on a solid note, at Rs 15.6 Cr, strongly contributed by the overseas market (Rs 9.75 Cr), followed by the Indian gross (Rs 5.85 Cr).
On day 2, as per the latest report, the domestic market saw a slight spike, contributing Rs 6.45 Cr gross, and the overseas market added an incredible Rs 12.25 Cr. This introduced the 1st Saturday’s score of Rs 18.7 Cr, which is 19.87% higher than opening day, and with this strong momentum, the two-day worldwide gross has reached Rs 34.30 Cr.
