Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela starrer untitled teaser out: The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 & 3 actor Kartik Aaryan and the Bollywood debutante & Pushpa 2: The Rule’s popular item number Kissik’s Sreeleela paired in Anurag Basu’s next untitled Hindi romantic tale, backed by Bhushan Kumar. Makers of the film unveiled the film’s first teaser last night, on 15th February. It’s all set to hit the big screens on Diwali 2025 (October 2025).

The 1-minute-long first look glimpse showcases an intense romantic tale, with the hot pairing of Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela for the first time. Aaryan portrays a successful singer role; on the other hand, Sreeleela portrays his lover role. The first look reveals Aaryan singing the iconic song “Tu Meri Zindagi Hai” in a huge concert, vocal for the remake, delivered by Vishal Mishra, composed by Pritam, and original lyrics penned by Sameer Anjaan.
Sreeleela replaced Triptii Dimri in Anurag Basu’s next
Earlier, in 2022, Aaryan and Basu made headlines for making the sequel to 2013’s cult classic romantic musical film Aashiqui 2, Aashiqui 3, with the leading lady Triptii Dimri. But as per the rumour, Dimri’s image post-2023’s biggest grosser, Animal, doesn’t suit the script. In a recent interview earlier this month, the director gave a clarification that the title and leading lady had been changed and also mentioned that the new leading lady’s name would be announced soon. The reason behind Triptii Dimri’s exit was said to be date issues.

The Gulshan Kumar & T-Series jointly present the much-anticipated romantic musical film, directed by Anurag Basu. The stars teamed up with the film are Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela in lead roles, music composed by Pritam, and all set to hit the big screens in Diwali 2025, under the banner of T-Series Films & Anurag Basu Production.
