According to the reputed news portal Sacnilk.com report, Mohanlal‘s magnum opus L2 Empuraan racked up Rs 200 Cr (India: 82 Cr; overseas: 118 Cr) gross in the last 5 days globally, continuing the similar trend, on day 6 (1st Tuesday), the worldwide market added Rs 22.25 Cr, out of Rs 10.25 Cr gross generated by the domestic market, and the overseas market grossed Rs 12 Cr. After 6 days of global run, the Malayalam film secures Rs 222.25 Cr (India: 92.25 Cr; Overseas: 130 Cr) gross. It has enough box office potential, especially in the overseas market, to breach the Rs 400 Cr milestone in its lifetime global box office run.
