Cameron Green, who won a bid of Rs 17.5 crore from Mumbai Indians, finally plunders a match-winning executive to keep it going. The Australian Cameron Green, who is known to be a big hitter, came in at number three after playing in the middle order against the Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous game. After some initial tussling for big hits, Green led the scoreboard with 64 off 40. The right-arm pacer also fumbled with the ball, dismissing Aiden Markram despite acknowledging just 29 runs in his four-over spell. Fans will be rich for an all-round recital from Cameron Green in the ensuing games as the Mumbai Indians come back in strong form as the remnants of the IPL 2023 sledding.

Arjun Tendulkar made a much-hyped debut against Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous game and has now taken his first IPL wicket to celebrate his journey. He was holding a huge delivery in the final over to consolidate 19 runs, and he did it bravely by taking the wicket of Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the fifth ball.
