The lead, Bhumi Pednekar, portrays the character Vaishali Singh, a journalist who spotlights the crimes against the girls that are happening in the child shelter home of Munawwarpur. On the other hand, veteran Sanjay Mishra portrays himself as a photojournalist, delivering a helping hand to Vaishali Singh to save the victims.
