Netflix presents Sector 36 trailer out: Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and Jyoti Deshpande’s Jio Studios produced much anticipated Hindi crime-thriller Sector 36‘s trailer was unveiled by the makers today, 5th September, all set to premiere on 13th September on Netflix India. The 12th Fail actor Vikrant Massey, who turns in the never-before-seen look of a serial killer, showcases another side of his versatility; on the other hand, the talented Deepak Dobriyal plays a key role against Massey.

The 2.33-minute-wide trailer began with a short glimpse of an on-camera police inquiry with Vikrant Massey for the serial murders case. Following that, the trailer shows Vikrant Masse’s character kidnapped a small child from the local slums; despite long efforts, police fail to collect any clue about the kidnappers; following that, Deepak Dobriyal’s character says, “This is not the first time children are gone missing from Rajiv Camp; it’s been going on for a year.”
But when the police officer’s daughter went missing at a fair, where he was also present, it made him more serious about these unexpected events, so he decided to rescue his daughter at any cost. Does Deepak Dobriyal’s character uncover the truth and rescue his daughter and other missing children? The crime thriller is inspired by the true shocking event of the 2006 Noida serial murders, also known as Nithari Killings.

The Hindi crime thriller film was directed by Aditya Nimbalkar, the story was written by Bodhayan Roychaudhury, the cinematography was handled by Saurabh Goswami, edited by A. Sreekar Prasad, and backed by Dinesh Vijan, and Jyoti Deshpande. Actors Vikrant Massey, Deepak Dobriyal, Akash Khurana, Darshan Jariwala, and Baharul Islam teamed up with the venture.
