The striking teaser revealed the tattooed bad boy avatar of Shahid Kapoor, showcasing similarities to Kabir Singh, which ensures an intense revenge romance drama. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film marks the 4th reunion with lead Kapoor, followed by Kaminey, Haider, and Rangoon.

O’Romeo Teaser Review
The 1.35-minute-wide gripping teaser indicates a strong blend of love, betrayal, and brutality. It is hinting at the unsuccessful love story between Shahid and Triptii Dimri, which turns Kapoor’s portrayal into a rowdy avatar. The glimpse also spotlights Shahid’s passion as an unbeatable carrom player.
Supported by Nana Patekar, Vikrant Massey, Disha Patani, Tamannaah Bhatia, Avinash Tiwary, and Farida Jalal. Farida Jalal, who returns to the big screens after a long time, is usually seen in heart-touching motherly roles, but here she surprises with the dialogue delivery – “Rise in love, and you’re a Romeo. Drown in it, and you’re a c**tiya (moron).”
