Raktabeej 2 Trailer Review: Windows and Sanjay Agarwal jointly present the much-awaited Bengali political action thriller “Raktabeej 2“, helmed by the talented duo Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee, headed to land on the silver screens in this Durga Puja, on September 26, 2025. Raktabeej 2 Trailer Review
The 2.47-minute gripping trailer introduces the central antagonist, Dr Saahil/Munir Alam (Ankush Hazra), who strongly believes in the ideology “All politicians are murderers who kill the innocent for their own gain.” Driven by this conviction, Munir Alam is now on a mission of “M2”. Though conceived in India, it will be executed in Bangladesh, strategically timed around the meeting between the President of India, Animesh Chatterjee (Victor Banerjee), and the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sultana Rahman (Seema Biswas).
It remains to be seen how Central Force from New Delhi’s IG Pankaj Sinha (Abir Chatterjee) and his team tackle the daunting challenges in Bangladesh to stop this dangerous mission. The trailer suggests that it’s more than a political action thriller, which spotlights the deep cultural and emotional bond between the two Bengals. Reinforcing India’s firm stance that “Terrorism has no religion.” Further, the trailer also teases two parallel love stories—one is between Abir and Mimi, and another one is between Ankush and Koushani.

Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee jointly helmed the political action thriller, which was backed by Windows, Story, Screenplay and Dialogues by Zinia Sen, and cinematography handled by Pratip Mukhopadhyay. Malay Laha edited the film, with music delivered by Bonnie Chakraborty, Anupam Roy, Surojit Chatterjee and Silajit, and most crucially, BGM by Bonnie Chakraborty.
