Sardar 2 OTT Release Date Confirmed: Karthi’s latest dual-portrayal film, “Sardar 2“, serves as the sequel to Sardar (2022). The pulse-pounding spy action thriller has officially locked in its digital premiere date, following its release in theatres on 10 September 2026. The film showcases an underwhelming performance at the box office, grossing around ₹23 crore worldwide against the budget of ₹100 crore.
Apart from Karthi, the film stars Rajisha Vijayan, Balaji Sakthivel, and Aadhira Pandialakshmi, who reprise their respected roles from the predecessor.
Prime Video Announced Sardar 2 OTT Release Date
As per the latest official announcement, P. S. Mithran helmed the spy action thriller, which is locked to premiere on the OTT giant Prime Video from 1st October, even prior to completing a month of theatrical run. The announcement video also revealed that Sardar 2 is set to stream not only in the original Tamil version but also simultaneously in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
