Rajkumar Periasamy directs and writes the much-anticipated Tamil Action War film Amaran OTT Right Sold to Netflix, scheduled for a tentative global theatrical release on August 15th. Prior to its theatrical debut, Netflix India acquired the OTT rights for the film.
The PAN Indian venture is led by Sivakarthikeyan as Major Mukund Varadarajan, joined by a talented ensemble including Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, Lallu, Hanun Bawra, Ajaey Naga Raaman, Mir Salman, Gaurav Venkatesh, and Shreekumar. The film is an adaptation of the book series ‘India’s Most Fearless,’ authored by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
Raaj Kamal Films Announced Amaran OTT Right Sold to Netflix India
Recently, Raaj Kamal Films disclosed the sale of OTT rights to Netflix India. As anticipated, the film is scheduled to premiere on the streaming platform approximately a month after its theatrical release
Subsequently, Movie Crow confirmed that the PAN Indian film secured a substantial Rs. 60 crore for its OTT rights.
