Stree 2 Teaser Review: After a long six-year hiatus, the Stree makers are back with the sequel “Stree 2” to unfold the suspense story where the first instalment ended. Audiences are keenly waiting to know who is the real stree, Shraddha or anyone else? The teaser of Stree 2 was screened attached to the recent release super hit fourth instalment of the Maddock Supernatural Universe film “Munjya,” and today finally, the makers officially revealed the teaser on social media, slated to debut on the silver screens on this Independence Day (15th August).

The leading lady of the film, Shraddha Kapoor, took to her Instagram handle, officially shared the teaser, and captioned it: “Iss baar Chanderi mein azaadi ke din hoga aatank! The legend returns this INDEPENDENCE DAY, 15th August 2024!”

The 1.02-minute teaser began with inaugurating the idol of Stree in Chanderi, and beneath the idol penned the text ‘O Stree Raksha Karna‘ crafted with an intense BGM. Followed by the reunion of Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and other characters surprised by the arrival of Shraddha Kapoor. The appearance of Shraddha Kapoor in the teaser, with some scary sequences, is enough to escalate the eagerness of fans. It also showcases Tamannaah Bhatia in a dance number. The teaser ended with an intense dialogue where Rajkummar Rao was scarred by the real Stree and requested not to remove his cloth because they are friends.

The fifth instalment of Maddock Supernatural Universe, helmed by Amar Kaushik, story penned by Niren Bhatt, and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jayoti Deshpande. The stars of the film are Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and others. Jishnu Bhattacharjee handled the cinematography, and the music composed by Sachin-Jigar. The film is all set to debut in theatres on August 15th, under the banners of Maddock Films and Jimo Studios.
