‘The Red Line’ Plot Overview
‘The Red Line’ is set in Phuket, Thailand, where three women, Orn, Fai, and Wow, become victims of online fraud. Orn, played by Nittha Jirayungyurn, loses money to individuals who pretend to be police officers.
In the course of the support group meeting, Orn comes across Fai and Wow, individuals who have also experienced similar tragic events. Frustrated with the authorities’ inability to take action against international cybercrime, Orn, Fai, and Wow decide to take matters into their own hands to hunt down the scammers. Their search leads them to a criminal organization run by Aood, a mid-level scammer with ambitions to build his own scam empire.
The plot introduces different characters from both the victim and perpetrator sides, providing insight into the inner workings of scam operations and the complexities faced by both parties. The initial aim of the surveillance operation gradually develops into a dangerous sting operation.

Cast Performances
Nittha Jirayungyurn gives a good performance in her role as Orn. She convincingly plays the emotional effects of being scammed, making her character very interesting.
