After registering a double-digit total during its opening weekend, the film continued its steady run on Day 4. On Monday, as per the early estimate report, the film managed over ₹ 2.5 crore net, taking the domestic total beyond ₹ 16 crore.

Notably, with this box office performance, Thaai Kizhavi has been positioned as the 4th top Kollywood grossing film in 2026 so far, just behind With Love (₹ 27.10 Cr).
