Athiradi Box Office Collection Day 3: The latest Malayalam action entertainer, “Athiradi“, headlined by Tovino Thomas, Basil Joseph, Vineeth Sreenivasan, and Riya Shibu, maintains a steady run at the Indian box office. After posting decent numbers during its opening two days, the Arun Anirudhan directorial film recorded a solid 20% growth, which helped the total collection comfortably cross the ₹15 crore mark; all eyes are now on the opening weekend total.

Athiradi, the much-awaited Malayalam entertainer, secured the double-digit figure of ₹10.32 crore net during the initial 2 days (including the premiere of ₹0.52 crore) at Indian box office. Backed by positive word-of-mouth and solid evening (41.17%) and night shows (52.67%), improvement in occupancy helped to record a strong jump and minted ₹5.10 crore across 1,841 shows in India, marking the second biggest single-day figure since release.

With this Saturday’s contribution, Athiradi’s domestic net total stands at ₹15.42 crore, and it’s aiming to conclude the crucial 4 days of opening weekend over ₹22 crore. In the absence of any major Malayalam releases, the Tovino Thomas & Basil Joseph starrer is expected to step strong post-weekend run.
