He is always concerned about his health and fitness. This was revealed by his gym trainer, Chris Gethin. He said that he worked with junior Hrithik Roshan when he was a kid and trained him to get the handsome body that Hrithik has now.
Actor Hrithik Roshan opened up about the physical transformation he went through while he was shooting for the action thriller film “WAR” and how he was obsessed with achieving perfection, which brought him to the brink of depression and made him lose his sense of self. and told that he could even die.
He feels lighter and faster after the last change. He feels that he is dying while shooting the war. He was not ready for the bigger challenge or the film. He was trying hard to achieve perfection, for which he was not prepared. After the film, he suffered a stroke of adrenaline fatigue. He could not train for 3 to 4 months and was not feeling well, due to which he was almost on the verge of depression. He had completely lost his sensitivity, and that’s when he realized that he probably needed to make some changes in his life.During an interview, Hrithik said that he has learned a lot from this and that maintaining his own physics for the film is not enough. This should also be implemented in real life so that you do not face any problems.
This was the spy universe film “WAR,” directed by Siddhartha Anand, along with Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor. Hrithik will be seen again in the action film “Fighter,” along with Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, releasing on January 25, 2024.
