Zara hatke Zara Bachke Movie Review
A rom-com set in a small town with eccentric characters and a scandalous campus makes for fun proof of misconceptions. Helmar Laxman Utekar’s Creation Prove mostly delivers on this account.
It pledged to be a laughter ride as soon as the audience saw the glimpse of Kapil Dubey (Vicky Kaushal), his spouse partner Saumya Chawla Dubey (Sara Ali Khan), and their extended family. All hell breaks loose when the pandit family member unintentionally has a cake that is made with eggs. As Deepa Mami (Kanupriya Pandit) nudges Saumya, a Punjabi daughter-in-law, for defeat, Saumya puts her feet on the ground, wishing to walk away from the endless mockery. And thus, possibly, the couple chases a house, which proves to be an argument they can’t afford.
Positive Aspects
The pair of Vicky Kaishal and Sara Ali Khan quite impressive, the songs of the film catchy, and attractive. Including the performers, the director and cinematographer did an impressive job.
Negative Aspects
The story is predictable, especially in the second half; the movie is unable to attract the audience.
