OMG 2 Trailer out now: One of the much-awaited sequels of the year, OMG 2, is headed to release against another sequel, Gadar 2. Where Gadar 2 is also coming on the same day with mass action sequences, Akshay Kumar is essaying the role of messenger of Lord Shiva, all set to debut on the silver screen on August 11.

Finally, the makers of OMG 2 unveiled the much-awaited trailer on Thursday. As we have seen in the teaser, the makers have not revealed any hint of the story, but in the trailer, the makers slidely unfold the story, which shows Kanti Sharan Mudgal’s (Pankaj Tripathi) son was suffuring to deal with the stigma; his one video went viral, which is the reason the school authorities expels him.
Pankaj Tripathi is going to sue the school, followed by filing a case against the school. How will he fight for his son? How Akshay Kumar, as the messenger of God Shive, will help him come out of this trouble we’re going to watch in this film. Akshay Kumar gave his 100% effort to present the character of Lord Shiva and his respect for the character clearly seen in the trailer, and this time the versetile Pankaj Tripathi replaced Paresh Rawal, and his character looked promising. I hope he will not disappoint us.
OMG 2 CBFC Controversy
The film faced huge controversy for censor certification, which was the reason the trailer was delayed. The film was handed over to the revision committee of the CBFC for analysis due to its religious content, which is very sensitive during the current political circus. As we knew, on January 31, the film got clearance from CBFC with an “A” certification with no Major changes, as confirmed by the producer, Ajit Andhare.

OMG 2, a Amit Rai-written and directed satirical comedy-drama film, will be released under the production houses of Cape of Good Films, Viacom18 Studios, and Wakaoo Films. The actors assembled for the film are Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, Yami Gautam, Govind Namdev, and Arun Govil for the central roles in the film.
