The Telugu film grossed ₹ 24.79 Cr from advance booking across the country after selling 11.17 Lac tickets for the opening day, which strongly encourages the film to gross around the Half Century mark on the first day.

Guntur Kaaram had an overall 70.32% Telugu occupancy across the domestic theaters on the opening day. Morning shows footfalls were 74.67%, afternoon shows footfalls were 61.43%, and side by side evening and night shows footfalls were 69.89% and 75.29%, respectively.
