Devara-Part 1 global box office collection day 6: Sudhakar Mikkilineni, Kosaraju Harikrishna, and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram financed the first installment of the Devara franchise, which hit the big screens on 27 September with N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, and Shine Tom Chacko in the key roles. According to the official Twitter report, the actioner, after completing the opening six crucial days at the global box office, reached a remarkable Rs 396 Cr mark, all set to enter the smashing Rs 400 Cr club within the opening week.
At the domestic box office, while the film generated an extraordinary Rs 190.72 Cr net in the last 5 days, on 1st Wednesday (day 6) due to Gandhi Jayanti National Holiday, it witnessed a huge 49.83% jump and minted Rs 21.65 Cr net, and bringing the total domestic net collection to Rs 212.37 Cr.
Taran Adarsh’s view on Devara-Part 1 box office run
Sharing the Hindi collection on the Twitter handle of veteran film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh wrote: BIZ JUMPS ON WEDNESDAY… A national holiday can significantly impact #Boxoffice numbers, provided the film has merits… The #JrNTR-starrer #Devara makes a big splash on Wednesday, capitalizing on the #GandhiJayanti holiday, further solidifying its status.
The numbers of #Devara may decline today [Thursday], the working day after the national holiday, but business is expected to pick up from Friday evening onwards as the weekend sets in.”

Devara-Part 1 global box office collection day 6 all set to hit the tremendous Rs 400 Cr milestone!
According to the official Twitter report by the Devara makers, the worldwide gross stands just Rs 4 Cr away from the sensational Rs 400 Cr club today on 1st Thursday, all set to breach the stunning 4th century milestone.
On the other hand, the industry tracker Sacnilk.com claimed that the film grossed Rs 286.00 Cr (India: 221.65 Cr; Overseas: 64.35 Cr) in the last 5 days of the run; following the footstep on day 6 (1st Wednesday), the Indian box office grossed Rs 25.1 Cr, the overseas market contributed Rs 3.15 Cr (approx. $375K) gross, and introduced 6 days worldwide grossing Rs 314.25 Cr (India: 246.75 Cr; Overseas: 67.5 Cr). It’s worth adding that Jr. NTR’s action entertainer was made with a budget of around Rs 300 Cr, globally, it has secured the budget amount before the opening week is over.
As per one of the North American distributors, Prathyangira Cinemas, Twitter report, Devara in 6 days alone in the U.S. and Canada market grossed over $5.4 million (around Rs 45.33 crore).
