‘Legends’ Plot Summary
Legends’ plot tells the story of Don Clarke, a former undercover police officer portrayed by Steve Coogan. His assignment, given to him by the government officials, includes creating a team to take down drug gangs responsible for smuggling heroin across the British borders. In contrast with the highly skilled secret agents, Clarke has to put together a team consisting of regular customs officials, VAT inspectors, and clerical workers with just several weeks to prepare for the undercover mission.
These individuals are required to leave behind their usual lives and adopt new “legends” in order to live among criminals successfully.
