The Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj pivotal featuring entertainer Pushpa 2’s digital release date rumors have been circulating, as the earlier reports were hinting that it will be starting streaming from around January 9, 2025. However, the phenomenal box office performance worldwide created immense doubt about the OTT debut.
But on 20th December, maker Mythri Movie Makers took to the Twitter handle and commented on the floating rumours related to the OTT release date of Pushpa 2 and revealed that the actioner will start streaming from 30th January 2025, after a long 8 weeks of the silver screen’s run. The tweet read: “There are rumours floating around about the OTT release of #Pushpa2TheRule Enjoy the Biggest Film #Pushpa2 only on the Big Screens in this Biggest Holiday Season
It won’t be on any OTT before 56 days! It’s #WildFirePushpa only in Theatres Worldwide”
Past rumors have suggested that Allu Arjun’s entertainer’s OTT rights have been sold for a whopping sum of Rs 250 Cr to the digital giant Netflix, but the official report is yet to come. On the other hand, as we all know, the prequel of the film Pushpa: The Rise (2021) has all language OTT rights now available on Amazon Prime Video.
