Vijay Sethupathi starrer ACE lands OTT platform: Vijay Sethupathi and Rukmini Vasanth’s latest Tamil film “ACE“, directed by Arumuga Kumar, was released on the silver screens on 23 May 2025. Over 2 weeks after the grand theatrical debut, on 14th June, it landed on Amazon Prime Video. Despite the presence of the talented Sethupathi and a blend of romance, crime & comedy, it failed to grab the attention of moviegoers, resulting in it being unsuccessful at the box office. However, the digital debut gave it another chance to find its audience – would it succeed in doing so?

It’s worth adding that, within 2 days, it secured the top 4 trending spots in India. The film was awarded a 7.3 rating on IMDb, based on 1,159 individual remarks.
