‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ Censor & Runtime Revealed: The acclaimed director Aditya Dhar and Ranveer Singh’s magnum opus ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ is all set to start storming worldwide theatres from March 19, 2026, coinciding with Eid. The paid preview is also set to kick off a day ahead of Wednesday, on March 18. Just a day ahead of the paid preview, on March 17, Dhurandhar 2 (Hindi version) has cleared its censor formalities and secured a lengthy 229.06 minutes of runtime. Apart from Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor and Gaurav Gera, alongside several others who are reprising their respective roles in the sequel.

‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ Censor Certificate Details
The veteran film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh recently reported the Hindi version of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has been passed through the CBFC (Censor Board of Film Certification) formalities and awarded an ‘A‘ rating.
Alongside the spy action drama sequel has secured a significantly longer runtime than its predecessor, as it has managed approval of a huge 229.06 minutes (3 hrs, 49 min, 06 sec) of theatrical runtime. This lengthy duration has further fueled audience excitement and raised massive expectations about how engaging and immersive the film will be throughout its extended run.
Notably, the film was initially submitted with an original runtime of 231.24 minutes, but 1.34 minutes has been trimmed, and 25 seconds has been replaced through the process.
Helmed and penned by Aditya Dhar, who also backed the film with the co-producers Jyoti Deshpande & Lokesh Dhar. Vikash Nowlakha handled the cinematography, edited by Shivkumar V. Panicker, and powerful music delivered by Shashwat Sachdev.
