Welcome to the Jungle Twitter Review: Akshay Kumar’s highly anticipated entertainer “Welcome to the Jungle“, a.k.a. “Welcome 3“, has finally arrived in theatres today, 26 June 2026. Prior to the grand release, the makers organized paid preview shows on Thursday, June 25. After experiencing the preview screenings, early viewers and critics started sharing their initial reactions on the reputed social media handle X (formerly Twitter), giving audiences a glimpse of the film’s initial response, entertainment value, and overall first impressions.
Apart from Akshay Kumar, the third instalment in the Welcome film series has the other stars Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Arshad Warsi, and Paresh Rawal.

Get ready for a 1980s-style masala entertainer… The focus is on fun, laughter, nostalgia, and larger-than-life entertainment – not logic or reasoning… Several jokes land effectively, though the post-interval portions feel stretched. #WTTJReview….
Finally watched #WelcomeToTheJungle in its entirety. The film arrives with a clear promise: Leave logic at home.. switch off your brain.. and enjoy the madness. Going by that promise, IT LARGELY DELIVERS….
#WelcomeToTheJungle is the most nonsensical, brain rot film of the year and that’s probably its biggest strength.

You’ve already seen the trailer and you know exactly what to expect. It may not be a good film, but it turned out to be slightly better than I expected. This madness is driven by three aces: 1. #AkshayKumar, who is in top form and genuinely makes you laugh most of the time, 2. Meta references to some of our favourite comedy films that we grew up watching, 3. Slapstick one liners that, when they land, work quite well….
