The series features two naughty and adventurous Asuras in their amazing journey. It is noteworthy that the show focuses not on popular episodes from the Ramayana and Mahabharata but on less familiar mythological stories.

The series revolves around the journeys of Kundakka and Mandakka, the naughty Asuras who always get themselves into curious situations because of their inquisitiveness. In the process of their traveling across Shivlok, Kundakka and Mandakka have numerous adventures, encounter interesting characters, and learn something useful.
While the main characters travel through Shivlok, themes such as bravery, friendship, kindness, and teamwork are developed in an organic way. It means that the story is told in a funny way.
Most importantly, what makes this program special is its effort in trying to dig deep into the realm of myths that go beyond the famous epics and thus make young viewers familiar with other legends that are hardly ever adapted for TV.
