The Goat Life movie Premise
The film revolves around the story of Najeeb (Prithviraj Sukumaran), who is a married Malayali guy who stays happily with his wife Saini (Amala Paul) in Kerala. For a better family life, he started searching for a job in the Gulf country; finally, he received a job in Saudi Arabia (KSA); he finally arrived there, where he landed up with his friend Hakim and met a local person called Kafeel (under whom the citizen arrived in the country); Kafeel took him to an unknown destination and left him in the middle of the desert with the local farmer.
Najeeb can only talk in Malayalam, which lacks the ability to communicate with the Kafeel. He finds himself in the middle of the desert as a slave herding goats, followed by his trusty struggle, which reminds him of his early happy life with his family. After many years, how he will come back to his motherland by overcoming the challenges is all about the film.
The Goat Life movie review
Director Blessy proves himself one more time as one of the finest directors, with a tough story chosen but presented commendably, especially the transformation of a healthy and happy man into a backwaters starving man among rugged goats. The lead of the film, Prithviraj Sukumaran, is back with a never-before-seen look, and he has done a tremendous job in the venture. Along with the other star cast, they are also portrayed impressively. Sunil K. S’s cinematography is commendable, and Oscar-winning A. R. Rahman’s score took the story to a level of the audience’s heart. Overall, this is a masterpiece from Blessy and the entire team.
