Ground Zero Plot Analysis
The plot of the film, set in 2001, Kashmir, revolves around BSF officer Narendra Nath Dubey (Emraan Hashmi), who recently stationed in Kashmir to counter the ‘pistol gang’, who are actively misguiding the young college students in Srinagar and brainwashing them to kill the Indian Army by paying Rs 5000 for a single Jawan. Slowly the BSF comes to know that the ‘pistol gang’ planned for a huge attack, which makes Narendra believe that it can be the high-profile minister, resulting in him bringing the Kashmir CM into a safe house, but unfortunately the attack was planned for the December 13, 2001, Parliament attack.
After the unexpected incident, Jaish-e-Mohammed takes responsibility for the attack, and the main mastermind behind it is the mysterious person Ghazi Baba. What happens next will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Ground Zero is one of the finest deliveries by the versatile Emraan Hashmi; it offers a phenomenal blend of emotional action thrillers, successfully hooking the audience from beginning to end. After the first half ended, it makes you excited about what will happen next. Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar as a director played a noteworthy role in the film; on the other hand, Sanchit Gupta and Priyadarshee Srivastava’s script and dialogues make it more intense and engaging.
Including Hasmi’s phenomenal character portrayals, the other cast members, Sai Tamhankar, Zoya Hussain, and Mukesh Tiwari, also performed well. John Stewart Eduri’s background music was impactful and helped the audience to resonate with the environment of the story. Alongside the emotionally charged sequences, the power-packed action sequences are deserving of applause.
