His son Phoolchand Tripathi, aka Munna (Divyenndu), is the key attraction. He has high ambition to lead the throne and establish his own supremacy, but his hunger for power is the reason Kaleen Bhaiyya has little faith in his son. • The biggest strength in ‘Mirzapur The Movie’ is Puneet Krishna‘s powerful plot, who writes around a 3-hour-long film, keeping every essence of the series alive. The story has the same sharpness and crispness with the full worthy essence of power struggles, revenge, betrayal, and emotions.
• Gurmmeet Singh‘s confident work to take the already popular series presents with the same graph is praiseworthy. He perfectly balances the amount of drama, action, humour, and emotion that it requires.
• Action director Amin Khatib‘s raw work successfully meets the massive viewers’ expectations
• Sanjay Kapoor‘s cinematography and Manan Ashwin Mehta‘s editing are perfect, which enhances the moviegoers’ experience.
• As expected, Pankaj Tripathi delivers an iconic performance. From the beginning to the end, his personality and dialogue delivery make us feel how a King of Mirzapur looks.
