Singham Again global box office collection day 1:Director Rohit Shetty’s fifth installment of the Cop Universe film and a direct sequel to 2014’s Singham Returns, “Singham Again,” began the office journey with an earth-shattering number of Rs 43.70 Cr net in India, surpassing 2014’s prequel’s opening day collection of Rs 32.09 Cr, despite a clash against another major franchise film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and registered as the 2nd top Hindi net opener film of 2024, replacing Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer Fighter (Rs 24.60 crore). Side by side, It marks director Rohit Shetty and actor Ajay Devgn’s long-career-best opener film.
The key national chains are performed extraordinarily, PVR (Rs 9.16 Cr), INOX (Rs 6.64 Cr), and Cinepolis (Rs 3.40 Cr). The film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on his X handle: “#SinghamAgain performs exceptionally well at national chains [#PVR, #INOX, #Cinepolis – ₹ 19.20 cr], but is outstanding in mass regions… In fact, the mass circuits went into overdrive on Day 1, running at packed capacity, providing a much-needed boost to the exhibition sector, especially single screens.“

Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again global box office collection day 1 surpasses the Rs 64 Cr mark!
According to the latest Bollywood Hungama report, on the opening day, as expected, Singham again led the Diwali 2024 clash by a huge margin. It scored Rs 64.22 Cr gross globally on day 1, which is Rs 8.45 Cr more than the rival Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s opening day global score. It managed Rs 52.02 Cr gross at the domestic box office, and at the international market, it collected around Rs 12.2 Cr (approx. $1.45 million). The film has the potential to breach the Century milestone within the opening weekend.
