Sky Force first Twitter review out: Akshay Kumar, debutant Veer Pahariya, Sara Ali Khan, and Nimrat Kaur’s star-studded high-octane Republic Day 2025 weekend release, “Sky Force,” is locked to hit the silver screens on 24th January. Prior to the grand theatrical debut, makers held an exclusive screening in Delhi on 21st January, which screening was attended by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), and others. Following that, today, on January 23, makers held a special screening for the journalists, who, after experiencing the masterpiece, shared their initial reviews on the reputed social media handle X (formerly known as Twitter).

SKY FORCE REVIEW: OUTSTANDING – 4 Stars
After #Baby, #Airlift, #MissionMangal, & #Holiday, #AkshayKumar comes up with yet another CREDIBLE, edge-of-the-seat thriller in the form of #SkyForce. The directors, #AbhishekKapur and #SandeepKewlani grip you into the world of this aerial thriller from the first frame, and take you on a FAST-PACED ride packaged with emotions, drama, and thrills. The film also serves as an apt debut for #VeerPahariya.
The pros of the film include an EXTRAORDINARY performance from #AkshayKumar, tight story-telling, relatable emotions, heroic dialogues, and well-shot action sequences. Watch-out for the emotional beats in the pre-interval and pre-climax sequence, it is sure to make you cry.
There are some aerial moments in the first half, that remind you of what you have seen before, but what sets #SkyForce apart from the rest of the films is the STRONG EMOTIONAL CORE in the 2nd half. The supervision of #DineshVijan and #AmarKaushik (The duo of #Stree2) is visible in every frame of #SkyForce.
Talking of performances, #AkshayKumar shines yet again and delivers a performance that will find a special place in his filmography. He doesn’t get a beat wrong, and the performer standsout strongly. This performance from #AK is a STRONG contender for NATIONAL AWARD. He is sincere, earnest and honest from the word go. #VeerPahariya makes a CONFIDENT debut, and has the aura to carry the armed force uniform up his sleeves in the first film. #SaraAliKhan is good, and the same goes for #NimratKaur too, in their brief parts. The real surprise of #SkyForce is #SharadKelkar, who delivers a stellar act.
Overall, #SkyForce is a solid theatrical watch and the content has the merits to do well at the box-office. The Republic Day release period is perfect for the content it has to offer.
