The reputed market tracker of India, Sacnilk.com, has reported earlier that Kara has managed ₹18.35 crore net in the first 3 days at the domestic box office. On day 4 (Sunday), despite being the weekend holiday, the Dhanush & Mamitha Baiju starrer film saw a slight 3.85% decline and added ₹5 crore net across 3,634 shows nationwide.

For managing the Sunday score, the Tamil version alone has contributed ₹4.20 crore, and the Telugu version added ₹80 lakh net. With this Sunday’s earnings, Kara’s Indian net total has reached ₹23.35 crore. The film’s mass appeal, action-packed presentation, and Dhanush’s performance played a crucial role in attracting audiences to theatres.
